Marita’s career journey taught her the power of building authentic, intentional company cultures. Early on, she worked closely with C-level executives at Fortune 500 companies, quickly mastering the art of strategic and consultative conversations. This skill accelerated her career, leading her to oversee global teams and eventually training high-performing sellers, and coaching leaders to drive growth across industries.

By honing her confidence and leadership style, Marita discovered her superpowers—ultimately pivoting to train hundreds of leaders on streamlined selling. Leaning into her passion for teaching, she found her true purpose: empowering leaders and sellers in organizations striving for greatness.


Today, Marita’s role as founder blends more than a decade of experience in corporate training solutions, professional sales, managing global teams, and teaching across various industries and company landscapes.
